Aly michalka(and her sister) are very famous among teen in the US, she started appearing in tv shows in early age and now she is more famous than ever. The next yrs she ll get even more famous so this website will never fade.

Your site is in the #2 in google for your main keyword. Probably won't climb much higher than that, correct?

#2 position in Google gets you 100 unique visitors per day. Correct?

You are making $7.00 per month or $0.23 per day with adsense and no other revenue streams. Correct?

So the buyer would have to own this site for seven years to make his or her money back. Correct?

$70.00, or ten month's revenue, would be the standard valuation of this site given it's income for the last three months. Correct?

So let me ask again. Why are you asking $700.00 for a site that is at the top of the search engine for it's main keyword and still only makes 23 cents per day?

I would bid for this site, but I'd like to make my money back before I retire.

The point being that if you are currently #2 for your main keyword, you could only get to #1. I understand that you can do SEO on other keywords to build traffic.

I don't even know you. I have no reason to trash you topic. You have stated that you won't sell the site until the bidding approaches your $700 BIN. Your price seems awfully high to me.

I understand that the cost of the script could be a valid expense.

Really, I don't need to make my money back on 3 or 4 months, but $7.00 a month from adsense and you are asking $700? Maybe I should just park it instead?

Bidding usually slows down as the price approaches 10 time monthly income. The bid is now at 12 times monthly income. If it goes for more, that's great, but 100 times the monthly income is absurd.

You recently sold 2 proxy sites for a BIN which was set at 10 times the monthly income so don't act like this is big news or that what I have suggested is not true.

If you are calling me a lame user, you may be right or you may not, but I still think that my points are valid.

I'll bid $85 for your site and I hope you'll sell it to me.

the stats for some days(19th included) r low because i had it parked at bodis.com Thats why i put up the parking revenue screenshot so u add to the total traffic and revenue.
If $700 is too high for u then let it go, there is no way i m going to give u that website just because r posting all these.

I originally posted screenshots of the last 3 months, the new screenshots if for the days that passed from my 1st post. You saw those numbers from the beginning.
Its so clear u r lame since u dont have a valid thing to say and even more because u dont pay attention to what post.
