I was reading through many threads and happened to see posts saying that people spend upto 22- 23 hrs a day in front of the pc, online. hmmm..

I was wondering how many of DP members workout daily, at least have a membership in a gym.

You know regular exercises will help your brain to work more effectively?

To start with, I workout daily.

Having got over a cycling accident and my shoulder now being 100% (except I don't have full movement in either shoulder yet) I intend to get back into training heavy..and hopefully be stronger and fitter than I have been in a long time.

Just got back from a holiday and i'm still jet lagged. Next week I will be training at least 3 days per week but I need to train 4 days to cover the body parts I train.

I have some unfinished business with some certain dumbells:mad:

I was first an athlete and then a webmaster. I'm still alot more of an athlete than a webmaster. Maybe one of these days one will catch up with the other.

Ugggh, I hate the gym atmosphere. All the gyms around where I live are full of meatheads. When they're not working out they're hitting on the women using the treadmills. Needless to say, few women come to the gym anymore because these guys make them feel like prey. I've seen multiple fights break out at the gym before, usually between some meatheads hopped up on roids. I don't go anymore; I prefer to just stay at home with my weights and bench.

No, I don't think I need it. I come to work by walking, which take 5-7 minutes. So daily, I'll walk around 10-14 minutes to work (that's exclude shopping afterwards)

    That's not much IMHO.

Of course I don't do much cardio or 'walking' anyways :p

Ah, you forgot the shopping afterwards. Everyday I will go around the area whether to shop for something, to see my fav magazines has arived or just looking around. It's sort of habit and in the end it's around 20 minutes of walking before I got home.
