I have used a couple of companies in the past - Simply Cheap Domains & Falcoda Internet. If you are going to buy a load of domain name and also want hosting Falcoda will do you a good deal but it's not published on their site. Like they say you don't get unless you ask! so I did... lol Good luck!
I would say to use a well known register, there are coupons to save you cash on domains on this forum or use my sig link, try Godaddy or Mydomain (with coupons around $6.95)

Register with godaddy. Call godaddy and get yourself a representative. They can really do some "magic" with prices when it comes to registering domains in bulk

HostMonster has inexpensive hosting with free domain name when you pay $4.95/month for 1 or 2 years. I am not sure what price it would show you per extra domain after you create the account. On their help page says $10/year/name which would be too much so i assume the info is old.
Godaddy would be the best, since they have 10% off etc. offers going around. Search for there latest coupon and since you are BULK ordering, then also have a look at there BULK registration option, where you save a lot.
Godaddy offers a discount for purchases over $75 - online coupons and also discounts for large purchases.
Go with reliable one.......... also you have to email most of them directly becoz bulk prices are never printed on websites. Whichever way you go bear in mind that it cost 6.2$/yr(wholesale price) to every operator so anyone giving below this price will provide some hidden trouble also.
