Just wanna ask a quick question

I have a topsite, which is open to all sites.. like people can submit all types of websites there
including warez, porn, hacking, cracking , proxy

now i wanna use adsense ad on tht .. is it against adsense tos?

By topsite you mean it links to those types of site?
That in itself wouldn't make your site against the TOS.

 

Do you think it might fall under the heading of Promoting in which case the OP would be on shaky ground with TOS/Policies?

 

So it promotes illegal things and are asking if its ok? Just put some adsense on it and see if you get your account wacked. Then you will know.

 

LOL, hey if that's the case and if nothing else, hopefully some of the rest are smart enough to learn from other's mistakes.

 

According to google adsense policies:

Sites displaying Google ads may not include:
"Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others"

 

i think it will be a problem.

you are not allowed to promote crack or illegal sites

 

read adsense TOS carefully and you will get your answer!

 

It's a grey area to me. Just because it is open to warez, porn et al doesn't mean it will actually appear or that the publisher's site is encouraging it. In my opinion anyway. If in doubt ask them.

if is it legal to use adsense and obeus ads on one page?

or adsense and yahoo ads publishing on one page?

is tht against adsense tos?
