    Definitely not cool. There are proper places to advertise, the programming services forum, for an outside site you own that is about a damned WRITING project, is not such a place.

    Hi all.
    Ime such a novice using htacsess.but i want to make my urls seo freindly and i know that its something to do with the htacsess file.

    I run a freelance site,each time that some1 posts a project this is what the url will look like.(http://www.your-bids.com/view_project.php?sb_id=17now i want to try to do is when some1 posts a project like for example (ebay clone) i want the url to show (www.your-bids.com/ebayclone)


    That above post that you referd to in your list does not advertise my site as this is a programming forum i was looking for help.
