    I feel Sleepy.Generally People feel Sleep after lunch.It is because most of the blood circulates around stomach after eating.So blood going to brain decreases by a little amount.But brain needs lot of blood to be active.So we feel some dizziness:)

    here's a top tip to refresh yourself after lunch...

    sit in a chair and hold a spoon in your hand
    close your eyes
    as you drop off to sleep you will drop the spoon and it will wake you up

    its REALLY meant to be a refreshing power nap!!!
    never tried though lol :rolleyes:

    Only when I overeat. I heard your stomach releases some hormones which make you sleepy if it is stretched out by overeating.

    P.S. Coffee is very bad for you. Drink tea instead.

    eek don't you hate that. Stupid mind won't stop thinking about crud and can't get to sleep. That's when you turn on the TV and watch infomercials about the perfect abs then i start thinking about food and i fall off to sleep :rolleyes:
