davebilly, always hide your affiliate link through a php redirect or at the very least a tinyurl link.

Tinyurl will not work either. It masks affiliate links.

Thanks for the advice, but what will be the best option? Sometimes when you are posting on directories, they don't accept affiliate links. What do u do to avoid that?

You don't post affiliate links in directories. That's called spamming :) And generally your not supposed to do it in a public forum as well.

It's still there, because after clicking on your url and going to the page, the address clearly indicates so:
    http://www.worldwidebrands.com/?kbid=19629

Eh? Ok first of all, I said hide your affiliate link, becaue if you post with an affiliate link, people instantly think your just trying to make money. Secondly, I meant that usually forums do not allow people to post affiliate links, as that is usually known as spamming. DP is a bit different, but I only told you this because you said you wanted to post you affiliate link in directories. I am certain no real directory would allow this. Lastly, you said you removed the affiliate link from your url, and all I did was point out that you hadn't in fact done so, and I showed you proof. I think its worth taking note of that just in case, because if you try and trick someone (and you probably didnt try and do it on purpose), they wont like it very much.
