I refuse to use PHPmotion for one reason the guy that runs it is a crook. He uses others labor to put together his script then reaps the reward. I have done work on the script but when it came for any compensation (even a free plugin) I was left out in the cold. He wouldn't even change the domain for a plugin I purchased though him in error, not realizing at the time that it would not work for a subdomain. He is like Tom Sawyer getting everybody to whitewash the fence and charging them for it.

yes PHP motion is free to install and I would say it is not difficult but for this script to work you need extra piece of software which must be present on your host. Otherwise you will need to purchase. one of them is php shield which cost around $99. video fetching script is also cost some bucks. as well as video convertor script also cost you. so I drop the idea of using phpmotion.
