    How Do I Qualify?

    Simply submit to General Directory and pay for the listing review fee (featured or regular) and submit to Add-Url-Directory submission (featured or regular) and ignore the payment.

    Additional Information

    i) Both directories are hosted on different IPs.
    ii) With the latest PR weird update, a few new PR 5 subpages appeared. Top categories pages are PR 5
    iii) And I dunno if this is encouraging, General Directory is ranked #1 for search term "General Directory"
