A few months ago, I was looking for an phpld designer. After some time of searching though web, a friend of mine recommended Aspidov as a good designer. I got in touch with him, talked about the job, and I sent him $250 to settle the deal. It has passed almost 3 months, and I didn't see any design and needer my money back. 20 days ago, he said he will send my money back in a week. I have been pm him ever since, but I got no answer. WHERE ARE YOU, SERG? I am writing this because I am very disappointed. I don't mean any harm to anybody, I just want my money back, and, since I have no other option - I got no answer after tons of pms, emails and so on, I had to inform the hole community about this. Hopefully, Serg will read this and send my money back. I am still not sending a complain to paypal, because I want to hear what is the problem. Why isn't he even answering my pms? If he doesn't have money, why doesn't he say so? I can settle for some permanent links on his site or something. Still, I can't believe this is happening. Am I being scammed by this, still, respected member of our community? I have all the confirmations numbers, pm's and everything else people that find this difficult to believe. You are 1 of many unhappy customers. I know of 4 others recently. He did a brilliant job with my template, and was a little slow with communicating but it was Ok. I really think he must have problems in his personal life. Hes been inactive on DP, and has not replied to anyones emails. I hope he is not ill, in trouble or his life is in danger or something like that. he was a good guy and i do hope things get back to how they used to, he was an awesome designer just a shame things got worse. I understand your frustration and cant blame you... Mopguy is having issues with him also and i dont understand what is going on with aspidov these days. I would hope that aspidov makes arrangements to finish his work or in the alternative pay these people back and restore his name/face. Regardless it saddens me to see this post written up on another fellow member of DP but in the end this sort of behavior wont be tolerated and No work will ever be sent to those not willing to repay their debts to others that have bestowed trust in them... Whatever you guys do, give him a little bit of time to reply. Not knowing what went on, but there has been a lot of bashing going on here lately. If indeed he has some personal issues, let's let him sort things out and see what he can do to solve the situation. Mike
Sorry to say - but it happens so often to young people who think making money is something easy and are self-confident too much. Why not thinking of experience, why not checking feedbacks ? There is so much more WHY... I can't imagine I wouldn't finalize even one ordered job. Of course there can always be some misunderstoods, but there's no way I won't do what was ordered and payed. And I did it for hundreds as for, not a dozen or two. It's maybe because I'm older man, having wife and 2 grown up boys. (and 4th dog) Maybe because I used to work hard for all my life and understood nothing comes easy. And maybe because I respect all people, all ordered jobs regarding of its value. Maybe because it's easier for me to code or make templates as I have almost 15-years experience, starting from pure Basic and Assembler on first Commodores, first graphics soft, first 3D and Autocad ever released. Maybe because I understand so well how important is communication and support which I run for 5 years with my desktop softwares. $250 is preety much for creating phpld template. If really having trouble with designing you can always PM me. I'm coder first, but you can be sure I can complete much better template than most of phpld designers here. Thanks.
agreed. Let's try to have a little more patience around here esp with all the bad feelings floating around lately. It's always good to hear both sides of the story before jumping to conclusions. He cld have met with an accident or in a position unable to respond, who knows right? So let's try to give the benefit of the doubt whenever possible.

As I said, I am not a person that you can't understand with. If he is out of money, I am willing to settle down to some other deals, there is no problem with that. But he is not replying to my emails nor my pm's.

Wow I didnt realize all of this. Guess you can add me to the list. Its been 6 months for me and he owes me either $375 or I cut him a deal just to make me 1 WP template (which is a great deal). Only contacted him once a month bugging him about it and just received promises but no action. Very little communication and its only after I PM him a few times. Sucks though that there are others because now I feel I wont get anything back for awhile and its been 6 months!
i had communicated with him few times just in general, looks like he is little too busy these days as i haven't seen him on im either.
aspidov is a good reputed member! am sure he will come up with a good reply, 2 months is a lot of time, must be some serious problems on his end
2 months is a long time, but I have been waiting 6 months. If it is a serious problem would of it been lasting all the 6 months I have been waiting?
