Useless posts.

I start threads and clearly mention that I only want people who are interested to respond.
Even if I don't mention it in the post it should be common sense, right?

    It's simple: If you're not interested, don't respond.

Does anyone else find it completely annoying when some idiot posts something like "I don't want to take part in this offer.", "I'm not interested.", etc. etc. ??

People are just trying to run up their post count so they can sell their forum signatures for more. It drives me nuts too, but I primarily see people just repeating eachother. ;)

Me too and it bugs me. I know they're running up their post counts, that bugs me more.
I'll just start reporting them and having them get infractions.:)

I find it annoying when people come in your sale's thread, and starts flaming your service. Thank god we got a report button at DP. :)

You got that right. DP will give you an infraction for a simple 'I agree' or 'I disagree' post if you don't add to the discussion. Lots of people do it, and lots of people get away with it, so it looks like that's ok, but DP doesn't like it.

The post-count padding theories are probably correct. It baffles me why some DPers seem to place so much value on a high post count. I could not care less about my post count.

I have a recommendation (which I doubt will ever be implemented) — subtract from each member's post count the posts made in forums like "General Chat", "Politics and Religion", "Entertaiment", etc. Then we will see a more accurate indicator of who is participating in, and hopefully contributing to, the professional aspects of Digital Point.

I don't care about post count, but I have sold a few signature links... If you look at my posting record, you'll see that I've posted a lot in P&R forums (because I enjoy it) and a lot in the "introductions" forum, because I've found they click your sig links a lot... I say we just don't display a person's post count, instead just show rep bars :)

agree with you, if you are not interested in service or any thing of that post than no need to give your view or comment.

I also hate it when people try to haggle with me. If I say I want to sell something for $10, don't tell me you'll only buy it if I sell it to you for $5. Or if I say I'll trade some posts for backlinks, don't tell me you'll only do it for cash.
Read what I type, numb nuts. My conditions are solid and I won't change it for anyone.:)

But not everyone does business the same way... A lot of people live in countries where everything is negotiable, and because of that a lot of shop owners mark up their prices to account for the fact that they will be haggled down a bit...
