    agreed. I been to sites which have not updated their PR but i will tell you this. some folder of a directory can have a good page rank and if you are on page one asa featured link you reap from that juice.

    I saw alivedirectory on alot of older sites with a PR of 0. look how far they have come.

    Directory submission is best way to get one way non reciprocal link.Directory Submission is Important as your link will approve by Human,all search engine give more important to directory links.
