    The paypal 'scam' is also known as a chargeback, which pretty much means the scammer tells paypal that you failed to provide services, paypal gives him money, he withdraws money, paypal takes your money.

    Then you're doomed because paypal can't pay you because the scammer took the money and ran, probably using fake bank details or something, and it's either paypal loses money or you lose money.

    Guess who loses the money?

    this is the best example for all newbie. make sure you make a deal witht he senior member + good itrader or Reps. (beware that senior sometime may cheat you as well but it's rarely happened)

    Yeah be sure to check their past posts to. And even though they have high itrader, check to see if it's recent. I like to have at least 1 new itrader each month to keep it recent.

    be careful with the folks you deal with. check past history, posts etc. investigate the person your sending money too.
