It’s an awesome feeling, just after the release of Rush Hour 3 with Chris Tucker, I was fortunate enough to meet up with Jackie Chan outside the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Jackie Chan being arguably the world's biggest movie star and a cinematic legend it was great to have met him in real life and have a short interview or so called conversation. Having him open his latest gym called Celebrity Fitness, where I first took the photo of him, and made my way through the VIP, to find out with my friends where his hotel was located and meet him up later once he was done with the conference. While waiting, I snapped some really cool photos of some rainbow colored Lamborghinis, along with that posed and waited. Once upon his arrival, I and my friends caught him for a conversation. As we all know Chan sticks to what he does know, action-comedy, and the variation on the stunt-driven genre that Hollywood has embraced so passionately in the last 10 years. Having said Hello!, and we took a quick photo with him, and I asked him a couple of questions that I wrote down below: Me: Are you planning to make another movie like Drunken Master? Shaking his head and swirling his fingers around he said that he has a lot on his mind and that currently he is still thinking about, but was surprised I popped the question and not about Rush Hour 3 Me: What are your future plans on portraying some behind messages for your movies? He replied simply with that all his movies he tries to tell children good things, and all his movies have some message, that’s his philosophy, in somewhat broken English. Me: Having the opportunity I had to ask, do you visit any websites. Jackie replies, ha-ha not really, I even have a hard time learning how to zip files. After that I thanked him for having the opportunity, to have met him and we had some quick laughs about Drunken Master and I told him that I shall post this article on some of the sites I participate in largely, one being Kenetix .net and Digital Point(DP), he smiled kindly and said cool and let your friends know you met me!! We both waved and he was rushed in quickly with his bodyguards, thought I share this interview or encounter with some of you all. We did talk about some other things, but it was all really quick so as far as I remember this is the best I can write out for everyone. Enjoy the Pics! Haha and I have blurred my face, for privacy issues hehe!
Cool! Not to many people can say they have met with Jackie Chan. Looks like you had a good time there.
nice interview! it really feels great when you meet someone famous! LOL you blurred your face and did not blured your friends faces! anyways, cheers!
I played a game of pool with Morgan Freeman while shooting Steven King Dream Catcher ! Was alot of fun. Jackie Chan is awesome! Hope you enjoyed yourself!
Damn, Morgan Freeman, now that absolutely incredible. How did the opportunity arise and do you have photos to share?
'Cause he's been in a bunch of crappy movies and I don't think many people take him seriously. Maybe that's just in the US......I don't know.
Well, it depends on how you look at it. If you enjoy his classics etc.. i am sure the US is very fond of him.
may be, but as a clown...and that's what he have been doing his whole life I am not disrespecting him, it takes tons of gut to do his stun. However, he can't do anything else but action comedy.
Naw no photos but his whole family was there and so was Morgan's stunt double (looks identical) . They are all very nice..! I was doing some extra stuff in the movie. Was a unique and fun opportunity!
Great. I want to meet him once in my life. He always make me laugh.... Though Rush Hour 3 was full of crap
