It's official Google has opened up a can of whoop ass on directories

If you ask me none off you has even bothered talking about anything but shit thats off topic...

Did you ever see chris getting into this topic and complaining?, he always goes on with his business which is important rather than fighting for some matters.
You should keep working on your websites if you feel you are right with the strategy and you will for sure get the best results.

Anyway where were we...

Has anyone been losing a few pages or has your indexed links been fluctuating?

Ive noticed that in a few off mine they have dropped and then rebounded and then leveling off.. anyone else?

 

I have lost almost 30-40% of my indexed pages, which is really confusing but may be its the same thing going on with many websites.

 

I believe that would be close to my sites drop and am thinking that they eliminated pages that where just extras or worthless...
when i most recently checked i had one site that was showing backlinks from biz-kings submit page #386 #387 ect ect from sites that where submited for reviews and then the page was created...(paypal page) to me those are worthless pages created. What value does that page hold if google picked it up.... None

Maybe those pages where seen as just extra pages and discounted which would account for id say 20% of pages created by the script and from submitters

Any thoughts?

Ive noticed Noble directory is back and ranking "very well" for some terms i was looking for so... that tells me that they will all come back eventually

Well it sure was not me - i have gooten this sort of red as well - just for stating an opinion.

It is childish but amusing - there are obviously some who cannot have a 2 sided debate

 

I have experienced that if you block pages that are not much point in being indexed in the first place using a robots.txt file this helps a site in my experience.

Pages like login, search and so on.................

 

Kids will be Kids so... whatever

If i give you red its because you deserved it as you did something that could harm us all or your argumant is so far off that you merited it plain and simple..

Plus im man enough to tell ya why... and leave my name so you know i did it

That is how i would do it too - I have a couple of Reds i deserved - but I would never give one out unless deserved and I would leave my name too

It looks as if some are coming back from the dead

Many directories where never in any harm yet we All feel the burden this thread has brought

But never the less life goes on and in the end its just wasted time that could have been spent building ones backlinks....

Ive been frustrated lately trying to defend our honor and face as it feels i have so many
negative posters and haters replying back and dont know whos who anymore or what side
of the fence they sit on.

What can i say i can hold off any drought being im a desert dweller but the
cool taste of water sure would taste great with all this heat.
