Blog Searching

My boss wants to be able to search 'Blogs' for references to our products, just to see what customers are saying about us.

He's using the term 'Blog' very loosely and I think that he's including forums in with it!

Can anyone recommend a decent blog search engine? And secondly (a complete shot in the dark) would there be anyway that one can search just forums for a specific keyword, other than using a Search Engine?!

I am just finishing up an rss feed monitor, it is scanning 10-60 rss ping updates a second for keywords. Maybe something like that could help with the blogs?

Still thinking how to cover wiki's and forums though.

I just googled for blog search, and a site called blogsearchengine.com is the number 1 result. It says it's powered by blogs.icerocket.com. I haven't used either of these sites. Anybody know how good they are?
