I have tried in the past to make sites and write content around many of these highest paying keywords but at the end of the day I never got nearly as much per click as is posted on many of these lists.

I have adsense blogs. I have often read about keywords and seo. Tried to understand but in vain. I know that keywords can fetch great income. But where are the keywords placed in the blog and how. That I don't know. Is the keyword the tags used to be typed in the box below each blog article? Or are the keywords existing in the content of articles itself. I shall be grateful if you could explain me. Thanks.
