    What would you do
    if you owned

    And how far do you think this could possibly go? Is it worth bothering in the first place? I plan to do something about it, either develop it into a project and monetize it or sell, depending on how much time I've got.

    Just curious if you guys have got any thoughts to share.

    I like it and if you did develop it, then it could be a nice little earner if you decide to sell it on. I think you could get mid to high $xxx if you did develop it
