I told him to pay me via western union but this guy haven't given me a penny yet !! He's a liar and a cheat, such persons should be banned from DP, also he gave me negative Itrader He PMed me that ur work is not good ur a bad designer then what's my logo doing here Theif's site I can't express my feelings , i have recently won 2 contests at site point and got 300 $ but I have to beg for my payment from such Mor*n*s on DP. Regarding some legal action I can't take any as I am from India and not US, Is there anything that I can do ?? I also reported against my negative Itrader, plz see if more persons could report about this person (I don't know much about reporting..... just reported for the first time regarding my negative itrader) I can also post my PM's so as to let MODS and my fellow designers know how this person traps people in frauds.
Um... Where are the admins? Are there admins? Haven't really seen them do anything harsh: maybe he stole your design because you didn't have any itrader before, so it would be like your word against his
a warning for everyone, watermark your work well before you show it to the buyer. when he pays, you send him the copy without the watermark.
samantha- You are exactly right. We try to have trust in people, but in the end, people like this ruin it for everyone. I expect I will never see the money in my Paypal account. Live and learn. I too have a bad iTrader rating thanks to him. I reported mine two days ago and have not heard one peep from any admins here.
I just noticed that the kind admins here at DP did IN FACT take the negative rating off my account (assuming that the user didn't somehow do it himself). I'm back to my humble 1 iTrader point (I'm new here). Anyway... Thanks to the admins or whomever!
yes i pointed out that the itrader he gave needs to be deleted all the Neg itrader he gave. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=468272 you can see in this thread. and yes you wont see your money, but you have been given good advice to send him and his host an email for breach of copyright. as this forum is time stamped, his host will act and delete his account. you can sleep well knowing that he has lost money and has a lot of work to do to get his site back online if you follow that advice.
Crazy_Rob is one admin here, he most likely reset everyones itrader that he gave the 3 of you. ps i am not a mod Sammie xXx
