Two PR 3 Article Directories - TLA Earnings

    I bought these two websites from a friend in February this year. They were originally Pagerank 4 and run a very basic CMS (no admin I believe) - It should be noted that Pagerank is all dispersed throughout the site. As you can see some parts of the website do not function but I'm sure it would be a great project for an intermediate coder.

    Google Adsense profits are not worth mentioning, they receive maybe a hundred uniques a month each. The real revenue potential I have found is selling links through Text-Link-Ads.com, they have earned $138 in 8 months with money paid into my paypal. I get new link buyers every so often, while of course some people stop paying for links.

    I have not touched these websites in quite a while but I would like to move them on to a new owner who could develop them further. I have done maybe a few directory submissions a long time ago with no other advertising, they've maintained Pagerank by themselves. I will only be selling as a package.

    As I said before, what you see is what you get. The pages are all individual but they work with a header/footer file.. It shouldnt take a coder longer than a few hours to create some sort of backend for it and tidy up any bugs.

    You might want to change the title color of the adsense ads so they look like links instead of like text.
