Can you make a page not refresh?

    Someone is on my site, they want to pay for our service. They click the button, it sends them to paypal, they pay. Then paypal sends them back to my site, and my affiliate program is notified that someone paid.

    I need to make the page that paypal sends them back to not be able to refresh, otherwise it will look like someone paid a bunch more times then they did.

    Any ideas on how to make this work? the website is www.soldbyme.com and paypal sends them back to soldbyme.com/welcome

    Help!!

    Also - is shareasale.com any good?
