    Hi,

Apart from the big hype Gmail produced, no one really experienced insider things other than gmail staff and testers themselves. One of the top indian portals, rediff.com yesterday announced its 1GB free email service. And u will get it right now. Attatchment limit is not bad, 10MB. Dont u feel like saying gr8?

    check it out

Well, don't really think many people will use all the allowed storage, so I guess these are mostly gimmicks, but here is one that offers 2 GB:

spymac.com offer 1GB email too plus 350Mb of storage hosting. But they filter a lot of email add so you can't use it to dump spam email

There will be more and more popping up. You either have to get on board, or you'll loose out.

Does anybody know what the cost of storage per gigabyte is too these hosting services? It would be very interesting to find out what kind of ad revenue they are expecting to have.
