Today i received a letter saying i have breached copyright for the term "Runescape",
These are the classes in which there trademark is listed, just wondering what that means they are 16,25,41 . and the type of trademark is "word".

Also, The website in dispute is just a forum.. am i still liable?

Also, is there anyway to get around this type of infringement?

I appreciate any advice you can give from a professional to just someone knowledgeable on the matter.
    Thanks alot,
    Nick

I once received a similar notice. What is the name of your forum in question?

A "word" mark is what it sounds like. Trademarks can be words (Usually need to be a string of words or a made up word) or images (logos). They are saying they have a trademark on the word Runescape.
