Las Vegas Related website - $2300+ in earnings

First post and last post are now not matching

 

looks fishy , $2000 aren't money earned but only pending commissions . How would you prove that these aren't fake "clients" ?

 

There are over 240 separate transactions that comprise the commissions. Which is good because it shows that the success of the website is coming from a large number of people who are purchasing packages and not just a dozen or something. I am trying to get the person (Michelle) who runs the affiliate program from MGM-Mirage to send something over that I can use as proof that all the sales are legitimate.

You dont know me so I can understand to a certain degree the questions and doubts, about why I am selling the site for only 2-3x monthly revenue(which I thought is standard since it is a new site). This I suppose can lead to your worrying about it being a scam but look, here is my cell phone number 518-210-7003 please give me a call if you are interested in buying the site (which is a great deal and I think many if you know that and possibly is why some are having some doubts, like an almost to good to be true type thing), but call me and I will give you all the details about the site you ask tell you why I am selling it in more detail, also I live in Los Angeles so if anyone out there lives near LA and is interested we could even meet up in person. I just don't know how I can prove to you more the legitimacy of the sites success and revenue and my earnest desire to help the new owner get setup (let me know if you do) and really make the site even more successful (I would find enjoyment in seeing in 4 months time that casinotripreports.com is now a big player in its website category).

It comes down to the simple fact that I am not good at SEO or Website management/design (which means if someone who is decent at this, is the buyer the sites potential growth is very high). But I built up the site to were it is now with a loyal user base and a solid word of mouth marketing structure because I had a good and well thought out business plan for it and I provided good customer service by answering members questions (researching the answer if I didnt know it off the top of my head and it never took more than 10 mins to find any answer, because I know where to look, and I will give the buyer the sources of info I used) and this has helped tremendously (view the "ask mikeymike your vegas questions" thread).

But now I because I am unemployed and need to really concentrate on the business I want to build (janitorial supplies distribution) I am looking to sell this accomplished website quickly and efficiently so I dont have to worry about going hungry and can focus on my Janitorial business. Which is why I have reduced the selling price to $5000, but I am not stupid and will not sell for less since the sites value is I think a good amount more than $5000 to begin with.

I could if push came to shove just hold on to it continue doing what I have been with the site maybe some additional stuff to get the PR/seo improved and couple new marketing ideas I have to make it really grow a lot faster than it currently is naturally and then if I wanted come back in 3-5 months time and sell the site for a lot more along with all the thousands I would have racked up in commissions during that time.

But its not what I am looking to do, I have a good goal and plan for my Janitorial supplies company but it will take some time to really reap the rewards and I just would rather focus on that 100%.

I really don't think Mike is trying to scam anyone here. He has legit, targeted traffic. People on here think it's "fishy" because he is selling it for 2-3x month's revenue -- well, it's a brand new site and doesn't even have a PR or many backlinks yet so why would he be able to ask anymore than this?

The main problem with being a hotel affiliate is that you don't get paid until they have stayed in the room. Most people book their reservations months in advance or even up to a year .... so you aren't going to actually get a check for the commissions for many months.
