Required: An Upload File Progress Bar

Hi,

Im pretty new to this forum, just wondering if this would be the place to ask if anyone knew how to make a progress bar for uploading files onto upload sites, like the one that can be seen at www.badongo.com ?

Anyone got any ideas?
