I doubt you are the legal owner of the term adsense king, and also I dont see word for word copying. Many blogs out there rip my entire posts, so feel lucky!

Your lawyer will happily write a cease and desist letter to be delivered to Google and that alone may be enough to make them pull the blog. However with free software, $7 for a domain and cheap hosting you won't stop him (or all the others) so I'd get over and work on out-SEO'ing him and promote yourself like crazy.

actually, deliver to google that you are calling yourself the "Adsense" king, and trying to take legal action against someone else doing the same thing... Im sure google will gladly ban you BOTH for misuse of their copy written term "Adsense"

I don't think there's anything you can do about his use of "Adsense King."

Do you really make $1000 a day with adsense? That sounds kind of impossible for a site that isn't super popular.

What a funny thread. Your complaining about someone infringing on your brand name yet your infringing on Google's trademark :D

Nah it won't get angry, if you aren't spamming or copying content then you'll do just fine.
