    there are some websites on the internet (found by google) which submits your site to different search engines, but you cannot be sure of the success untill you submit it yourself.

    do it manually, most search engines didn't accept automatic submission and there are verifications to ensure real human is submitting.

    Don't submit your site to search engine just wait for them to crawl your site. Just build backlinks. Forums posting is one way to get indexed faster and also try to join bookmarking site.

    Why not? Why wait to be listed on google when you can be indexed in say 24 hours. I submitted my site and got indexed in less then 24 hours. Do it manually and automatic. If it's automatic you get listed on a bunch of small pointless SE's but at least your there, then you manual the big ones and there you got it, the best of both worlds.
