    Unique website for sale. This is a new website. there is no traffic or income yet.
    However, there is great content on this site (and lots of it) and adsense potential. Also earn by selling upgraded business listings.

    This unique site has over 86,000 Party Supply shops, Party/Event Planners, Entertainment, Caterers, and Disc Jockeys located throughout the US.

    Each results page has mod_rewrite seo friendly urls

    Each results page displays 20 results per page. This can be modified in the script to display any amount you wish.

    Each listing has it's own page complete with google map.

    The homepage and each state page contains an RSS feed, each modified to provide content for each state to provide relevant, updated content.

    I will also include an admin script so that you can add/modify/delete listings in the database.

    The custom script is php with a mysql database. Comes with includes for adsense and an affiliate ad (for easy modification)
    The domain name is registered at Dynadot - free push.

    This one looks very very interesrting to me! I was wondering is everything unique and custom....like the scripts, databases, etc?

    I need to get this thing sold, BIN Dropped to $100 and I'll also throw in a set of 20 PLR articles for this niche.
