A little about the site:

www.mysmartscripts.com is a PR4 site that is 2 and a half years old and we have owned it for over one year.
The site averages around 1,600 uniques a month with zero promotion.
There is also a PR3 FORUM included, this is where we provide support for Easy cPanel and DataBase Creator, there are 790 members there, mostly webmasters. This is also included in the sale.
Also included as said before are easy cPanel and database creator, we acquired these 2 scripts when we purchased MySmartScripts, they came included in the sale.

The domain itself would be ideal for selling scripts from (like we used to do with it) or it would also be ideal for a directory of scripts (which is what we have just put on it.)

We used to sell www.getmyownarcade.com Arcade Script from www.mysmartscripts.com and also we used to sell www.mymediascript.com from it too. We have successfully sold both of those scripts so we are offering this website up as we no longer have time due to other commitments.

Sales of easy cPanel and DataBase Creator have been slow, but that is because we haven't promoted them for a long time, they were priced at $15 and $10 respectively.

I will open at $50 but am annoyed that you've had the site up at least 6 times in a very short period informing bidders that pm offers are coming in but somehow the site never ever gets sold at least insist all offers be out in the open give a closing date post reserve if you wish but accept the highest bid on closing of auction

You get full rights to everything listed in the Original Post sir, including resell rights to the scripts.

Where does it say anything about a Media Script?

That would be someone that bought the scripts off of us in the past with resell rights. You would also be able to sell them with resell rights too if you win this auction.

Just to let you all know i made the design for this site and never got paid!

I have asked this guy to take my design down numerous times with no compliance. I own this design, not him. So if someone buys this site then the design still will need to be taken down!

This guy is a scammer.. STAY AWAY

If you are Mr Chris Gardner ( ) then you designed that template in exchange for a script from us, I still have all the emails that we exchanged.

If you want to take legal action feel free, it was specifically agreed that the design was done in exchange for one of our scripts. We sent you the script, you did the design for us.

 

This is still for sale. $100 is not high enough so there is an extension to this auction.

 

Its not really an auction then is it if your refusing to take the highest bid?
what is the reserve and how long is the extension to the auction?
and can you show proof that you own the web designs your correspondence regarding template in exchange for script should do it

 

I've already explained that the template is ours, in exchange for a script we gave to the utter fool that tried to trash my auction thread. I have all the emails from this guy he knows I'm right because he made a deal with us, we delivered the script and he created the template for us.

The BIN has been announced, the highest bid so far is $100 which is not enough in our opinion.

The reserve is somewhere between the $100 bid and the $400 BIN, this site gets over 1,500 a month with zero promotion and comes with two scripts and a forum with hundreds of members, all webmasters so it's worth more than $100 easily.

If you are not interested in bidding higher than the current highest bid then please do not post again in this thread.

You've already made a fool of yourself at least once by not reading my original post and assuming that this was an auction for www.mymediascript.com when it clearly wasn't. Don't make yourself look foolish again.

LOL Alan you were one of our licenced MyMediaScript members from 29th September 2006. I knew you loved us!

We have already sold a couple of easy cPanels with resell rights here on DigitalPoint. I already said that you get rights to the script in this auction. Once sold we give up all rights to the domain name, forum and the two scripts. We will not be selling any more of them.

If you are the winning bidder I will show email proof that Mr Chris Gardner of Ramsgate, Kent, United Kingdom ( ) (Skype Name: leezon05) designed the template in exchange for one of our scripts but I feel that you are a bit of a joker that is still trying to trash my auction.

Gardner has already tried to ruin this thread by calling me a scammer when I'm not, I'm not going to allow you to try and ruin it too.
