I am placing my site www.proxy7.com up for sale. The site went online Aug 10, 2005 and has steadily improved in revenue each month. This month has been exceptional and is continuing to grow. I was going to make a change into an information site and try and make this revenue even better, but I have other projects that are not allowing me to do so.

Probably because you can't reveal that info under the Adsense TOS. ;)

Because according to Google TOS you are not allowed to publicly display this information. If you would like to see the unedited version please let me know. Google will suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of showing this information as it is propietary to them and allows other companies to decipher how much companies are paying for advertising. If you would care to see the unedited I will PM you a link.

Thank you, but this site is much smaller than the last two I sold that were proxies. I just spoke with the new owner of one of my proxies I sold on DNF and his traffick is up to 3000 uniques per day from 1500 when I sold it to him and his revenue has tripled. He posted in my link there for this website for sale on DNForum. This one has stronger potential than the others as it is making more than they were at this point by twice as much.

Site is a Page Rank 3
Ad spots can easily be sold for $30 to $70 per month if placed above the page views section of the page they are looking at. I have not yet promoted these heavily. The traffic is high enough to most likely to get more out of them.

No there is not. All traffic is coming from natural links.

Right now these are the google and yahoo references to this site:

    Google: 36,700 references
    Yahoo: 55,400 references

On my two previous proxy sites I sold the traffic from them was 3 times this site with revenue the same. They now receive twice the traffic as when I owned them and their revenue is 4 times what it was when I sold them.

Forgive my asking, but are you using open source and will credit need to be given to the author?

If not, and it's something you wrote yourself, then I'm interested.

Also, what requirements are needed for hosting?

    Thanks!

This script is a free script and the author does not require a back link to his site and is supplied by jmarshall.com. Nice little script. Current high bid is from sitepoint.com now for $450.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Hi Mouse,

Bw usage for these sites are very low as the information is displayed the same as if you are using your normal browser. So the only real bandwidth used is when the visitor comes to the site. After that it goes against the viewing site. Here is a screen shot of the bw stats from this site.

    Bandwidth stats for Proxy7.com

    Thanks,

    Kevin
