So this is it? He's gone and took all our money? seems he managed to take us for about $7500. Great work.

 

I am also in the same bot. Paid $250 to his paypal account and has not recieved anything from him.

I have also informed paypal. I hope paypal would take some action as there are many members who have reported against him.

 

My paypal claim still says "Awaiting other party's response"

I don't know what we can do to get our money back.

Just noticed this thread. A Paypal tip for all buyers:

1. Never leave money in Paypal account.
2. When you pay via Paypal always use a visa/mastercard to actually pay with.
3. Not you bank account and not a debit card!
4. Go thru the Paypal claim process.
5. You will loose. Paypal does nothing for you.
6. Now call your visa card number on the back of your card and issue a claim.
7. Tell them it's fraud and you will win right away.
8. Visa debits the dollar amount from Paypal and credits your visa account.
9. Your claim will go against paypal.
10. Paypal is okay with this. (I got this from a rep from paypal)
11. Paypal will inturn debit the sellers account.
12. You and Paypal are both happy!!!

I've done this 3 times already with no problem.

I think FBI will catch him if he really scammed $7500 from us.

It is easy to trace his IP and home location, from DP's record, Gmail's record, ISP's record...

Shame on him!

 

So who's gonna inform the FBI ? Someone should go to the cops and report him.

Any guys scammed by iBold will join us? I think he is not in Africa, so I'm sure that he will be arrested!

I think this is all we can do now.
- Join our group to get back the money
- Send him an email for asking refund (Of coz, he will be shamed to reply)
- Report to PayPal
- Report to Credit Card center
- Report to DP (I think they already notice this case)
- Report to any Consumer Protection Commision
- Report to Cops and FBI
- Gather all actual information/photos of iBold (maybe some professional can help)
- Tell others to aware this person!
- .... Any other suggestion?

I think this is valuable than making money online, because we are doing something to rebuild confidence of using Internet Transaction.

I spent $500 on this and have made a very small amount so far. Bump. Someone (we) seriously need to take action.
