    Any plain text editor. GUI HTML editors are all trash. They all insert unneeded code.

    when I am beginner to webpage I use Dreamwaever.

    but now I use text editor like notepad++ , I can controll all webpage with CSS.

    For some of the tutorial work I do it's very handy to have some 'canned code' ready to insert with a click. I'm still using the free one.

    Dreamweaver, by far. A easy way to edit and change materials. Plus, there is a would-be page shown, so you have everything you need at your fingertips.

    Dreamweaver ftw, I only code by hand in it though, but it speeds up the work alot. Like when you want to close a tag you just writes </ then it closes the tag automatic lol. And it has a ftp program built in which speeds up the process even more xD

    I mainly use Dreamweaver. But I do occationally tinker around with Frontpage during work because it is the only one available there.
