How often to send newsletter? (write newsletter tips in this thread)

How often do you send your newsletters?
Do you think I should send it 1 or 2 times per week or every day?
How many topics/subjects do you treat in every newsletter?


Please give me some tips

 

once a week at the most unless you have amazing new on the topic

once a month is a good one.

but main rule is when you've got actual news to report

Two times a month is a good one. Definitely not more otherwise the user will ignore it after a while. But if you have very good topics, then it is alright to send more newsletters I think.

 

I agree with the advice so far. I have been sending out a newsletter for a little over 5 years. I'm currently sending twice a month which is a bit time consuming but you want to keep your name in front of folks. I used to send out once a week when I had more (and different kind) of information to share.
I would say no more than once a week and no less than once a month.

I lean towards once a month. It's easier to manage, and I think people are less likely to unsubscribe if you don't hit them too often.

i think twice in a month is good choice,because you surely don't want to irritate your reader if you send it too often,beside you can get more focus to prepare your newsletter
