Hello, I am currently looking for a small team (graphics designer, template coder, forum moderator and perhaps a forum administrator) Well basiclly I've recently started a new webmaster forum, and would like to get it heavily promoted, this will be volunteer service for now. I will not consider paid staff yet, however I do think that some day I will consider making it a paid service, depending how well things go with our webmaster network. So basically you want people to do coding and promoting for you for absolutely nothing in return? I can do graphic design and code a template, but I certainly wouldn't charge less than $90 for it.
I think this guy is looking for people to join him and become part of the no profit group then make it into a money making business but my point is why not just give them percentage?
