    Perhaps there is no more bulk PR update but a consistant update across different themes or categories and so some see it and some don't but it is now an ongoing thing.

    It's going to be in SEPTEMBER, just like in 2005 and 2006. Hopefully, early September, but who knows???? This seems to indicate that the PR update button pusher guy has August vacation...At least we are closer now than we were back in late July...waiting for PR update is pure suffering....:(
