Excellent Potential PR2 directory Looking for Offers

    I am looking for offers on a PR2 directory. The site also has one sub directory (used for an article directory) that is a PR2 page.

    The main site is an existing directory run by IndexScript which has been hacked. A new owner would need to fix the hacked site or they may want to replace the directory script with another.

    There are 725 listings and only 3 featured in this directory.

    It gets an average of 160 uniques per day

    The site is directorylane dot com

    I am looking for serious offers on this domain and site to see if there is anyone who would like to develop it a little further.

    This could a great domain for the right person. The name is cool. It has PR and it is an original domain that has always been a directory as it is now.

    Thanks for the offers everyone. If I do not receive an offer higher than $30 within 10 hours from the time of this post it will be sold to bokevoll.

    Remember that there have only been 3 paid listings in this directory so there is a lot of room for featured listings.

    This directory wasnt originally mine. It was owned and run by a friend who has decided that they are too busy to take care of it. She asked me to sell it so that someone else can make use of it.

    Personally I think the domain name is really good for a directory.

    Keep in mind that this sale does not include hosting. The buyer can host it where it is for $6 per month or they may move it to another host. You can have free hosting for 30 days to give you time to make arrangements.

    kentuckyslone, why not just log in and correct the category (cliclk the edit link beside the category) and the meta title (through the settings page) and then try to sell it.

    a fixed site should get more $$$ than a hacked site. also a fix for the hole has been published in the indexscript forums. in fact v2.9 of indexscript has the fix included as part of the standard script.

    This is basically an undeveloped directory. It has been up for nearly a year and has gotten a PR2. The value in this directory is really in it's potential. The previous owner did some SEO and put effort into the directory but later decided to pursue other interests.

    There are only 3 featured listings which means there is plenty of room for more. PR2 isnt anything special but along with a good domain name it can be developed much quicker than starting with a new domain.

    That being said there is no revenue stats to show. But here are some traffic stats for anyone who would like to see them:
