Article Directory - PR3/4 - Established with Revenue

I'm selling my Article Directory

Firstly i say PR3/4 as the Homepage is PR3 however there are a number of PR4 & PR3 Category and various other pages.

I'd say the homepage was meant to be PR5, as Google done this to a number of my sites last update giving higher inner page PR's. Anyway...

I've had the site since February, and started it off from scratch so it's not some duplicate database dump. It's got quite a few original articles i submitted myself to help kick it off.

It's got custom logo, and i've done some cosmetic mods. It's also got a Sitemap Generator i built in which creates .html, XML, ROR, .GZ & .txt SiteMaps which runs on a CRON and Pings Google automatically.

Also got a full Admin panel for managing Articles, Categories etc.

The site is listed on DirectoryCritic.com at No8, and is also going to be in the next update of Article Post Robot and is currently getting 10-15 articles daily.

The site also ranks #21 for the 592,000,000 term "Add Articles" so a bit of promotion would see you on page 1 with a ton more traffic.

I havn't had much time to promote the site, it's just been rolling under it's own steam trickling money in to my Paypal. Apart from logging in each day and spending 5 minutes approving the articles, i havn't tried to monetize it. Until recently i only had the 1 Adsense block above the articles, and have just added another below the articles and in the side bar which should improce clicks.

I don't really have a BIN in mind, i'm not that great at site evaluations so was hoping to receive some offers to help me decide what it's worth. If i receive an offer that seems fair i'll part with it, i just don't have the time to look after it.

Yes it uses an article management system, the admin control panel is fairly extensive.

Do you mean SEO the URL's to Content Relevent ones? I would "assume" yes you could, because it allready uses a .htaccess to rewrite the URL's to .html so you would just need to work out a directive for domain.com/category/article-title.html and 301 the old URL's.

If you mean SEO with keywords in the Category Page, then yes this can be done in the Admin Panel. For example http://www.4rum.info/category2.html

You can add whatever you want here on a category basis to make it more keyword rich and influence the Adsense keywords.

Sure, which stats do you want? Visitors per day, per hour etc. If you could narrow it down to what you need it would make it easier for me as i'll have to take screenshots.

I've just done some screenshots of the Admin section:

Admin Main Page - This is the main overview page when you log in. Forgot to mention it has 239 registered users you can Email.

Admin Articles - This is where you manage articles, new submissions etc.

Admin Approve Article - This is where you approve article, just tick the "Approve" and Save. Also tick "Homepage" if you want to feature it.

It's found with 320 keyphrases and 532 keywords. I'll get some screenshots (it will take a few because the list is pretty long).

Another thing worth mentioning i didn't realise, the site ranks #21 for the 592,000,000 term "Add Articles"

So a little bit of work could see this thing hit page one for the over 1/2 billion result "Add Articles".

If you mean does Google allow Adsense on the site, then yes i've had a Google cheque while running Adsense on the site.

I've had a few questions, so to answer them all:

Has it reached the reserve: Yes
Can you move the site: Yes i will move and install it on your cPanel hosting if required.

Can you add/edit categories: Yes you can add new categories, or edit existing ones from the admin panel.

I'll also leave the site in my signature until the end of September.

I've also just given the site a sitewide backlink from my strong PR4 site that has about 20 PR7 & PR6 backlinks and is expected to go PR6/7 itself using the anchor "Add Articles" to help push the directory to page one for this term.

All the static pages are editable directly from the admin panel, it also uses CSS so you can change things like font, background colors etc for the whole site by one file.

You can back up the database to your server from the admin panel.

It can Email all members (248) a newsletter, which can run on a cron to send out say weekly/daily or whenever you set it automatically although i've never worried about it so i've sent nobody mail with the site.
