it´s impossible to do so. it´s against paypals and moneybookers tos to do currency exchanges. you will have to look at buy, sell, trade for example if anyone will help you.

    regards

It is still going to be against Paypal terms as no trading of cash in any form is permitted without their prior approval and a valid money exchange license issued by your government.

Just deposit the paypal money to your bank account, and then withdraw it with moneybookers. I don't use moneybookers, but I assume that option is available otherwise the service would be fairly useless.

If you are in US, you can do it. Get a PayPal debit card for your PayPal a/c. You can transfer your PayPal fund to your PayPal D/C & then add that D/C to your Moneybookers a/c as a funding option. But be sure to have your moneybookers a/c with address verified otherwise moneybookers will charge your D/C 1.00-2.99 Euro which you will need add to your moneybookers a/c. Hope this will solve your purpose. only thing is you must have a US PayPal a/c.

Again as mentioned - just use Xoom. That way you can have it in your bank account and then simply upload it onto your Moneybookers account.
