    It might be forwarded from the old domain to the new one and the new website just got his pagerank updated before of the major update.

    I know of two sites which have their PR changed. One is from PR3 to PR2 and the other, is from PR2 to PR3.

    They could at least give some sort of warning about more delays so we can plan are businesses accordingly. I'm all up for tightning down on paid links, but untill they openly state somthing about it that little Green bar in the google toolbar is going to have value to it.

    yep, if you selling links, you need good PR. but if not, what's the difference? Google always update our "real PR" but they updated our toolbar PR once per 3-4 months.

    That's quite common. I do have a couple of sites and pages which are just 6-2 weeks old which got a PR0. This happens all the time without any PR export.

    2005 PR update was Sept. 4
    2006 PR update was Sept. 28
    No, they don't ALL go on vacation in August from GooglePlex, but maybe the guy in charge of the PR update takes HIS vacation in August.
    Anyway, my ten cents says September. Let's hope it is early September.
    In 2004 and prior, we had monthly updates more or less...Oh, for the good old days.....:(
