I'm looking for a ptp site that pay $.01 or $.02 per visitor. Any suggestions?

with tribal fusion you might get those kind of rates. But its very hard to get in.

 

I think you can research on Google Adwords, if you advertise your url also you wont pay for showing off your url. Depending on the website you can get that price.
