    Great customer service, horrible service :D

    It's amazing if the service was so great, you would have a lot of non Peons signing up and you would not have to keep bumping your posts. ;)

    Anyways, I'm happy that you did refund me, it was fair of you to do that. I give you an A+ for customer service but the service was definitely a D (just to be fair, even though there were a lot of problems, the Apache was running so it's not an F).

    I mean your customer service is superb...you are a really nice person...maybe just learn more about the web hosting industry

    Sorry but I couldn't give you 25% of the CPU And lock all the other clients in 75% of the CPU

    It won't be fair for them because some sites just don't fit on a shared environment ;)

    I'm more into stable performance on the servers than getting more few bucks with unstable performance

    What's wrong with suspending account that is using 26% CPU on a shared host and proven with a screen shot ? :D
