    google webmaster tools seems to define it as 4-5. it might be 3-5. not sure. but i think 6 falls under "high".

    Well, te number of incoming links may be a factor for the "quality" of the website (although I have one PR4 website which has 28,000 backlinks and a PR5 website which has 3,000 backlinks) - but this is just a factor for a SITE, not for a PAGE (there's actually no way to find the number of backlinks for a PAGE).

    Join the open page value project to become independent from Google's PR exports and get a better value for a web page.

    Have a look at openpv.org.

    Never trust the PR display in GWT.

    I have about 20 web sites and the display does not make sense for any of them.

    Btw, maybe "low" goes to 2.76 and medium to 3.95? Nobody knows and nobody knows how old the data is...

    Hm, there's no problem for me to find backlinks to subpages.

    In Google: link:site/page and you get them (if you have them...).

    EDIT: In a need to avoid infraction...here's the answer to OP. << (When is the next estimated page rank update?)...

    I think pagerank has died.
    I wonder where the funeral will be held?
    I guess I will need to buy a new suit, etc. Also a hair cut may be respectable.
    Anyone know what music will be played? I was never that good friends with pagerank, so my input would be worthless.
    I certainly know that cremation was not an option, so I will chip in some money for the grave stone.

    Yes, ,for your own pages. If you want to know the value of a PAGE you need it for link exchange etc. so you need to know the value of the page which is not yours.

    Also, the link:site/page in google does not show all links (for some of my sites it show less then 10 percent of the actual links).

    openpv.org was initated by me just a week ago. Currently we are two developers and we plan to develop a distributed web spider in order to collect all links in the whole www and implement an algorithm which determines the value of each page in specific niches.

    We defenitely need more supporters and any good ideas would be appreciated.

    My website PR got updated finally!! I think google is updating PR to all sites,Now PR 0 site has become PR4
