    It really doesn't matter what you call it - if it's free and you promote it people will find you.

    I can always sell you 5nz.com and you can call it sneeze hosting.

    Are you sure you have the skills to offer hosting? Even when it's free there's alot to it. In the meantime talk to Ben from HostingDirect.co.nz - he's offering free hosting too.
