Please read all the submission guidelines throughly before attempting to submit your website.

I have written a short blog post about turning into a free directory.

I have also just incorporated the daily listing mod.

Traffic is really picking up and you can find me in the 10th position on Google for the phrase "Web Directory" for starters.

Submitters that post their URL here will have priority over other submissions.

Here is the directory URL- DM Web Directory

DM Web Directory is in the business of helping you increase your serps, website indexing and brand awareness. We are not in the business of passing pagerank.

    Thanks,
    Daniel

Like the first post says I am not in the business of passing PageRank. Nofollow only prevents PageRank from being passed, that's it.

This is a free opportunity for those wishing to increase their serps and brand awareness in a top web directory.

If you would still like to have a link with out the nofollow attribute you can contact me Via Pm or my contact form.

I would also like to add that all reviews that were paid are still followed.

abhishekdaaga thanks for the submission but I am only accepting directories that have a lot of original content. Maybe try to submit again in a few months when you have more reviews.

FYI: I am looking especially hard at directories during the review process. So if your directory is empty please don't submit because it won't be accepted.

    Thanks

Interesting, I was under the impression that the tag tells the search engines to ignore the link all together, preventing not only PR, but any SEO benefit. I'll have to look into this...

There is nothing to look into RV1, rel="nofollow" was devised to prevent blog comment spammers from boosting the SERPS of their sites. I'm sure you will find some people like the OP who will disagree or misunderstand, but you always do.

It has been said that Yahoo ignore the tag, but Google definitely don't.
