Content not delivered, what to do?

Around 20 days ago I ordered some articles from a DP users with a reasonably good iTrader rating.

He told me the turnaround time would be 1-2 days, but today, 20 days later, I have only received 2 of the 13 articles I ordered

The content writer doesn't answer my personal messages. I can see that he logs in to DP almost everyday, so he must have seen my messages.

How can I make him deliver my articles or refund my original payment?

You should report him, he should be bothered by conscience or maybe he does not have conscience. And yeah, file a claim.

yup, post the name of the person. It'll make sure no-one else gets caught out. Its not only for buyers he makes the process tricky, but for sellers too.

Most people will look at the itrader and rep status of people they want to work with so that is the first step, perhaps give them fair warning that without the work being sent to you today or tommorrow you will do all or some of the things mentioned above.

I think the best thing to do is charge back through paypal and get your money refunded. If that dosent works and he still dosent delivers the articles as per your order and mention his name in the open. That will teach him a lesson.

I would share this person's name to forum members.

Unless the parameters of your original agreement have changed, this writer is very late in providing the agreed upon work. You see him logging on and he is ignoring your messages. Obviously he has no intention in completing the work and you have every right to demand a full refund.

    Thanks for all the ideas.

I have given him a warning that I want my content or a refund no later than Monday next week.

Until then I'll not share his name.

Give him a warning and make sure it's not just a case of misplaced business. If he is actually ignoring you, call him out.

If you don't get a response within say 3-5 business days, issue a complaint with PayPal.

It sucks. There's someone here that owes me sites (paid $300 and didn't get everything). It's been about 6 months I think. I'm a tad patient at times. :)
