Just Broke My Directory - Plaese Help

Tried to set up a 301 redirect for www.killerdirectory.com and I deleted the old .htaccess file, now non of the categories or the listings work. Can anyone give me the code I need for the .htaccess file to get it working again?

The last time I played with that file I got internal server error...
I got my host to do exactly what I did and it worked fine. I don't think they like it when people play with it. Editing that file always makes me nervous
