have important links - not showing up with ALEXA

We have been on line for at least 5 years. I have read all the Newbie areas for the answer to this question but have not found it. We are a retail store. We recently switched from an ASP site to a PHP site for obvious reasons. We are now scrambling to build links and recover lost ones. While checking ALEXA we noticed that the majority\ty of links from the various manufacturers we sell do not appear. These links I believe would be of good quality because they are mostly informational sites about product linking to us. Am I correct? Have our manufacturers linked improperly? How should we proceed?

To be clear we know the manufactuers links exsist, We can go to their site and click it and it returns to ours.

 

why dont you check your link from google or yahoo?

i think alexa is not showing real numbers and link for you

 

I agree with trichnosis, you should check Google and Yahoo.

 

I hate to ask but how do I check on Google and Yahoo?

On google you put link: before your domain in the search bar to find pages that link to you. On yahoo if you do the same thing it will redirect you automatically to the 'site explorer'
