I experimented a bit w/ PCC and Amazon. I managed about $600/mo on $400/mo PPC. Wasn't too thrilled given the effort it took to write the software to automagically place and track the campaigns. It would have probably been a loss for the month if not for the customer who bought a big ticket camcorder (direct-click commission on a $1800 camcorder.. Woo!). So, I've more or less dropped it in favor of other programs.

Yeah its time for people to start doing their own sites since the SERPS are removing the sites made with AWS. :(

i can't see how Amazon can let this go on without an answer for us. Affiliates in the serps contribute a lot to their sales.

is amazon the first place you'll go shopping for a Samsung HDTV?

Amazon are in a bit of a mess in general at the moment because Apple seem to be outsmarting them with their offers to book publishers - an area where Amazon had a real monopoly until the iPad arrived, so don't expect them to be leaping to your rescue any time soon.
