    That is complete crap ..... Where do you get your information from? Do you know anything about how PR works or are you just going on your own personal experience? :rolleyes:

    Believe it or not, its summer time there is nobody in the googleplex, they are all partying on the beach, and i think we should forget about this update and do the same thing. :D

    Some sites have already changed, and my site got new backlink data in Webmaster Central about a week ago, so the update should be soon enough.

    That's about as whacked as anything I've heard. You honestly need to stick to stuff you know about.

    You can't use Google to see the backlinks of a site, especially when looking at today's rankings. They are out of date, and wildly inaccurate even when freshly exported. The "9 backlinks" is a tad bit off:

    Additionally, the domain was registered in 1999... 8 year old domains have one hell of a boost right there:

    I also wonder if anyone bothers to read the first 234 pages if they just find this thread today lol. If they started reading it maybe the PR updated would arrive before they were done. I personally thought it was gonna happen a month ago!

    However if the update isnt by August 22nd than won't this be the longest ever elapsed time between updates as I think I recall hearing somewhere 122 days was the longest recorded. (Who records time between PR updates I"m not sure but I tip my at to them).
