I drink lots of water daily and walk around the garden for atleast 30 minutes before going to work or sit around the computer all day.
I eat a bacon sandwich and steak baguette from the burger van at lunch everyday. I drink Coca Cola and Dr Pepper all day through work. I binge drink, and very heavily on weekends. I smoke 20 ciggarettes a day. Excercise? I manage to get into fights and brawls at the pub quite regularly.
I actually eat fairly healthy. I don't drink a lot of carbinated drinks. I drink my fair share of water everyday, and i'm not big into sweets. I'm not fat, or skinny really, if anything, more on the skinnier side. The downside right now is that instead of eating small portions 3 times a day, I eat 2 really large portions and maybe something small before I go to bed. But I don't snack in between them.

I needed to lose some weight last year so I started training for a triathlon. It became highly addictive and I not only lost the weight I needed, but I found a new hobby. I'm actually running my first marathon on Sunday. I like vitamins, but my wife says they make my breath stink. Does anybody else have that problem?
Never heard of that one. Maybe you should switch brands. I take vitamins. I try to eat low calories, low carbs, and low fat (I know, that leaves nothing...). I walk and/or run 3-5 times a week and lift weights 2-3 times a week (actually just getting started on that one).
